Torn packets.

Good day.

I have laid many complaints regarding torn bread packets but nothing has been done about it yet.

The last email was sent 2 months back and no feed back came from it.

The packets are torn at the top where the clip goes on leading to the bread spoiling withing a day or 2.

I have requested for a senior person to call me back because the call center workers can't escalate anything.

Imagine eating bread that came from a packet with a tear on it during the Corona virus pandemic that was handled by a few people before it came to your hands.

Is this exceptable standards?

Really bad service from Albany....
