Terrible mouldy rotten bread, terrible useless customer care less

The low gi bread was mouldy and off DAYS BEFORE THE BEST BEFORE DATE, LET ALONE THE EXPIRY DATE. Even worse than the bread is the most useless customer care, that doesn't care, doesn't assist, and despite getting a reference number and forwarding photos via WhatsApp, doesn't respond, does nothing and clearly doesn't care about customers at all. No wonder they are losing huge sales volumes. Disgraceful products, disgraceful customer service. I will avoid Albany and Tiger Brands products at all costs due to sub standard products and shockingly bad customer care (less).
