Shame on you, Albany and Tiger brands.

I've been purchasing Albany brown bread for probably 40yrs, never had an issue. About 2 months ago, I had a bread which smelled stale. Another day later, it had a pungent smell to it, not normally related to a 'normal green mould'. I wrote an email to tiger brands also telling them I'm NOT looking for a financial reward of any kind, but simply that the incident should be investigated and that the bread was available to be picked up. A few days later, I got a coupon for R10, but no request for handing the bread back to the retailer. I told them I very disappointed they didn't take the matter serious. Since then, I've been buying different brands, just on principle. Shame on you, Albany and Tiger brands.
