Rotten bread with mould thats supposed to be fresh

To whom is at the receiving end of this email. Ive been a loyal client of Albany bread. For its consistent quality and fresheness. Since this new seal has been inroduced the bread has mould and gets wrotten quickly and has a stench. 5 loaves so far and im left with a very sour taste in my mouth. And believe me its not only me. Kindly get back to me. And most of all fix this problem is it a new recipe or something.
