****roach in Albany Bread

Recently I have purchased a loaf of bread at my local tuckshop. I heard a rattling noise in the bread and to my surprise it was a ****roach. The albany seal on the plastic packet was not broken and therefore it was sealed in the bread. I am very disgusted and disappointed. I have also seen another complaint on this site about the same matter. Please sort this out immediately as it is unsanitary and harmful to customers. I will definitely be not purchasing albany bread again.
