****roach found in Albany White Bread

Sad to say that Albany/Tiger Brands do not care for their customers, neither to they attend to complaints.

We purchased a loaf of bread from a store, the packet was sealed with their new protective seal and when we opened to eat the bread, we found a ****roach stuck in the bread. it definitely is not from the stored or from transportation because the packet was sealed tight. Really disgusting and disappointed because Albany has always been our favorite brand.
