Provident fund ****

My little brother was working at Albany bakery the Pretoria branch under Meridian Hygiene and his contract was terminated last November. We were told to submit the following documents, Certificate ID Copy, SARS Notice of registration document and Current Bank Statement In order to claim for his provident fund. All the requested documents were submitted before the 25th of December 2022, until this day we haven't received any payment. We are basically made to run around like headless chickens between the two supervisors Mr Maredi and Mr Mnyango everytime we inquire about the payment. Today the one of the supervisors by the name of Mnyango Ngwenya told us to go **** ourselves and that there's nothing we can do to him. It seems this is a trend because majority of the staff that previously worked there also, had the same issue with regards to them claiming there provident fund.
