Pathetic Service.

I run a legitimate tuck shop since 1998. Since the beginning of this year, I have been purchasing bread from BB. For the past two days, they have stopped providing me with bread therefore leaving me with no choice but to turn my customers away. To add insult to injury, they have only been coming with Brown Bread. How do I as a legitimate business, satisfy the demand of my customers when I'm provided with such service? How is it that they can provide White Bread to all the other shops in my area but then only give me Brown Bread?
