I have been silent for too long

Last weekend I was advised that if I need bread on Sunday I would need to do a double order on Saturday as they don't work on Sunday as I was told, so this weekend I took their advise and order 4 loaves o le to get 3 and when I called and asked the driver he then advised that he had to take bread from another truck for my order and said he would deliver the extra loaf today (Sunday) I woke up and I waited and waited all in vein, so I tried calling the driver to check if he is on his way but that as also in vein as he didn't answer, I then sent him an sms telling him that I am not a f@#$3n idiot and that they should've said if they don't want to deliver me then I would have made a plan, only after receiving a heated sms from me they decide to come at 11 to threaten me and tell me that they have forwarded my sms to management apparently. How am I going to run my business if bread is delivered at 11 and I open at 9, the loss?! These people treat me/ us like they own the baker and they decide where they want to deliver. It's pathetic that for such a great brand your employees are a total opposite of what Albany stand for!!! I am disgusted to say the least!!!!!
