Horrible bread

It has now happened three times that I buy Albany bread just to get home and find that the bread has a "sour" smell. Due to the distance from the shop where I bought the bread, it would not be worth taking it back, so I simply dumped it in the dustbin. I have done so with at least 5 loaves of bread.

When will you learn to bake decent bread?
