Hard pieces of brown wheat found in the bread

On Thursday the 10/06/15 I purchased a loaf of Albany Superior white bread. Upon using the bread I found that half the load of bread had hard pieces of brown wheat found in it. my kids refused to eat the bread which ended up being just a waste of money. I would like to know why was the bread in such a bad state and what if this was not really wheat. does Albany Bakery not do a quality check on their products before it gets packed and sent of to consumers. I have taken photo's of the bread and would like for them to please contact me and have a good look at what terrible bread they are baking.
