Delivery trucks where they find it comfortable

On 27 February I found a delivery truck parked in the street in Hallisham road busy with deliveries. The last time I contacted the company was when their truck parked ON THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE.<br> <br> This behaviour seems to be sanctioned by management. The truck further does not have trolleys and the crates are being stacked and dragged across the road!
