Bread rotten before best before date

Today is the 9th November 2022, the loaf of bread I bought a few days ago says its best before 10 November yet the remaining half loaf is rotten even before its best before date.

Extremely disappointed as a loyal Albany customer who has always advocated for their fresh bread.
