Bread eaten by rats What a achievement

On fri 14th December i bought a bread at Freeway Supermarket when I got home I noticed the bread had been chewed on by Rats, I took it back to the shop they just brushed it off, I sent Albany email explaining that we do not need this kind of quality from them as it is a health risk, and that we are sassa pensioners and cannot afford to drive up and down to exchange inferior products, to this day no apology or feedback as to say what the source of the rat eaten bread was. I am not happy a voucher of R40 to spend at a Checkers or shoprite, is this what it is worth to you, and we do not live near a checkers or shoprite, Albany i think you need to up your game with feedback or customer service, really I am dissapointed and this being over the festive season, where one does not have money to throw around, that was suppose to serve as our dinner for the evening. I hope that you are proud of yourselves.
