Black Life matter

On the 11 January I bought the bread from a local ****a shop at Zola 3 ok n Soweto the name of the ****a shop is mngani tuckshop After consuming the bread I developed diarrhea and stomach cramps and the following I went to the doctor and we called the Albany company and spoke to Ashley who said they will investigate and will come and fetch the bread for tests in two days but they only came to fetch the bread on the 22 January the ref number I received from Albany is TB***

I am so concerned about this because I could have lost my life
