Bad bread quality and bad service on my complaint

I purchased a loaf of bread and one of the middle slices had the xpiry date stamped in the bread. This was a slice in the middle of the bread. It left me feeling very disgusted on how they handle the bread that we eat. I sent a complaint to the Albany complaints email, they responded once to say they would send me a voucher to replace one bread do I accept, I sent back a few emails and they have never responded, I even sent an email to say this is unaceptable and I will take the photos to social media and they still havent responded. Very unprofessional on how they handle their quality complaints, so put off Albany bread and their morals.
