Awful Service From Albany Bakeries Germiston Branch

I am putting this review out here today and I so hope that Albany bakeries can be able to help me and those who couldn't get help. I've had a query with the Germiston branch I've sent emails. My queries were elevated to the lady by the name of Candice Kampher whom does want to return my calls or at least respond to my emails. I am now under pressure at work to submit relevant documents required but I don't have them and probably might never have because people like Candice do not understand the meaning of meeting deadlines. If someone can get back to me I'd really appreciate it, at least before I loose my job! My customer number is X11655A
