Albany white bread_Pieces of green material

Friday the 29th of July 2022, we purchased a loaf of white bread at OK grocery store in Highbury, Kuils River. When I opened the loaf, the second slice had hard black material on top and unfortunately I did not take a picture cause it did not cross my mind that I will find more inedible material in your bread. While eating, there was something tickling my throat only to find the green strands. That's when I started taking pictures. I think four of those slices had this green material embedded into the bread. We could not see it on the exterior only after chewing. i sent an email to Albany detailing the problem above and they requested that I send them a picture of the batch number, which I did and I'm still waiting for their feedback ever since then. Around August I decided to follow up and I was promised that they team will send me feedback.

I believe the company has inspection to avoid such cases (inedible material), so what happened to this batch? what if my son got choked from these strands? if the company does not take such cases seriously how do we trust their product going forward?
