Albany low GI bread - disgusting low quality product

On the 11.02.2019 at 8pm I bought a loaf of Albany low GI bread from a select garage in Phoenix Durban. On the same night my sister decided to have some toast, after eating the bread she started to feel abit ill and that progressed throughout the night. Unsuspectingly I assumed it was a tummy bug and we gave her some home meds and thankfully she was feeling better by mid day. On the 12.02.2019 at about 1pm I decided to make myself and my 2 years old a sandwich, in doing this I then noticed that the entire loaf of bread that was left over was covered with green mould, expiry date was for the 12.02.2019. Im disappointed that garage allowed that bread to stay on shelf considering it was about to expire the next day and mostly disappointed that Albany bread has a shelf life date but goes bad on the same day. Thankfully I was careful and didn't give the bread to my 2 year old. It is sad to know that Albany being one of the best bread brands can produce such low disgusting products. I am extremely upset and thinking twice to ever buy Albany bread again. This is in fact the second time this has happened, hence I am exposing this brand, on my first experience the bread expiry date was 2 days after it went bad. Come on Albany stop lowering your stands. I am expecting a call from Albany just by the way.
