Albany is Useless with callback

I bought Albany bread and enter for the back to school competition. On the 25th of January 2021 I received a sms that I received R200. That I can use at any Pick n Pay store to get school products. The 26 I went to Pick n Pay to redeem the WiCode, after a few times of try the code didn't work. I told the lady I will return a few days later maybe I'm too fast to redeem code. Well I went back after a few days and it didn't work. That same day I emailed Albany where I received a auto reply. After 2 days I contact them, the lady told me the headoffice will contact me, after another 2 days I still have not heard from them so I called again where she informed me that it takes 72 hours before they contact me, she ask me for reference nr that I never received. (I have to wait for the next day to hear from them then it's 72 hours) Nothing the next day. So the day after that I called again, same storry but this time I got a reference number. Last week Thursday or Friday I called again it cost me money to call and no help, time to see if code is working a frustration for me to take things to pay point and the staff is really trying their best. I look like a *****. The first time I ever received a worthy voucher that's not airtime. It seems if I say thanks a lot I really appreciate and needed it, it backfire. ( I pleaded at some places to help financially it would never happen, I still waiting for their help) next week it's a month I try to get a new WiCode.. is this how things will be done? I'm Só tired of asking, pleading and nothing happen. 72 hours expired yesterday and I don't have the energy to call and get the same answer from call center. Please Albany check the WiCode before sending it out and I think I will never enter any of your competitions again.
