Albany has great staff but a few bad eggs must reform

Want to nominate Leisel and Ayanda for their remarkable service and response to whatever request I made when I stayed at the albany over the last Weekend, you guys should coach the middle aged Indian lady who was very rude Sunday morning and does not knw how to deal with customers, I'd she can't cope she must nor be rude... The Muslim guy as well is always so no e and goes way out for us
