Albany

Am having problems claiming the free bread from the on going promotion, I've been to 6 engen garages to claim but all these outlets claim to be not chosen for this promotion, I believe am one loyal customer for Albany and I engage and support all competitions and promotions but if I gotta struggle when having to redeem the product,its unfair to me.please let me know what to do cause I really need this loaf of bread.***...so disappointed
