Albany bread's delivery truck damaged my car!

I was parked in the parking lot of kwikspar in knysna when one of Albany bread trucks came to park next to me. While sitting in my car waiting to pick up some colleagues for work I got the greatest shock as the truck's back door swung and hit my car making a dent in the side. I spoke to the driver, who was quick to say it's not his fault. My husband and insurance company phoned your offices and had a lackluster response. My insurance is now expecting me to pay the access fee to repair my car....this ahead of xmas and after a difficult year......I am so disappointed that a company as large as yours could not pay this when it was clearly your driver's fault and not mine!
