Albany Bread-Scary

<p>I love taking sandwiches for lunch and Albany has always been the bread of choice for me till today. I made lunch for my wife and I and found what I am hoping was uncooked dough. It was completely raw and in a totally different colour, I through the slice away and make lunch with the balance of the loaf anyway. My wife phones me and says she couldnt eat her luch as she found the same funny looking dough in her bread. I ate my lunch, before she called(Hope I don’t get sick).<br />My question is- do you guys not have a quality assessor and why would you sell something you would not eat yourself?<br />Disgusting..!!! Now do I have to check each slice before I eat or just change my bread of choice?</p>
