Albany Bakery Pietermaritzburg forces drivers to pay missing breads sales fees

Albany in Pietermaritzburg, address 230 Royston Rd, Willowton, Pietermaritzburg, 3201, forces employees(Drivers) to pay off the missing bread sales fees, what is sad about this is people who pack trays of bread into the trucks do so while drivers are not around to confirm if packed trays count correspond to the number of trays recorded on a paper.

when the driver delivers bread, they are only told the number of bread loaves in the truck, they don't get a chance to confirm, when the drive returns with cash for the sales, they tell them that some cash is missing and they have to pay the missing cash.

what's annoying about this is they don't allow communication between the person who is packing and the driver, so they can get a chance to claim the missing cash which was done deliberately by whoever is behind this.

Serious actions need to be taken against this company, they are taking advantage of their drivers just because they don't have enough money or knowledge to get lawyers to fight for such cases.
