Airconditioning refused to be taken care of

We have been asking for our air conditioner to be repaired but it has been months and our Centre manager is failing us as pep clothing Atlas mall. we dying of heat and our customers have been complaining and are reducing because of the situation and its been a while and we cant take it its not healthy
