AJP GROUP AERO PORT SHOPPING CENTRE - MISMANAGED
On 16 December the area in Bonearo Park had no water. Tenants of the Aero Port Shopping Centre, were told by Christine the centre manager, if any of the staff wants to make use of the toilets, to buy their own water for this use. The centre installed borehole system a while ago and not allowing any of the tenants to make use of the services however still charging tenants an absorbent amount on water levies. The Centre across the road is pumping with business while AJP lets their own Centre be run like this with no consideration for the tenants that are putting money in their pockets or the business the tenants are losing due to this mismanagement. I find this an example of poor management that cannot look after their own tenants while having the equipment already installed and in place to support the businesses renting from them. Besides this AJP finds it acceptable to charge their tenants on the 15th Dec rent due with fictitious electricity amounts for end of Jan payable now in Dec. Centre Management and AJP should have a sever wakeup call very soon....they are destroying local businesses yet wants their business and their money!!! Disgraceful
