Their sales agents sell you a lie, lie, lie. Worst telecommunications company ever. Stay away from these people. It's the most horrible 2 months for my business in terms of their 'uncapped data', when everyday I have to call/WhatsApp their helpline which is useless. If the router is working, the telephone is not.
