Theft on two occassions

Had quite a bad experience with these guys. Booked two cars with them over the past two weeks. First time round I forgot my new Ray Ban sunglasses in the car and it was returned to me without. When enquired I was told they busy and they will call me back. The next day I called again and she said sorry she got busy and forgot to check if they have it in a brown bag. Apparently they check the cars on taking possession and put all forgotten personal belongings in a brown bag for safe keeping. Again I had to call them back and I was just fobbed off saying they can't find anything. So their brown paper bag theory doesn't work.

As we have already booked with them for the second week, which was last week, we gave in the car with them again when we gave them the car we realised that we left a wallet with R60 in the car. This time we called them to let them know. They were very kind and said they will leave it in a brown paper bag. When we retrieved the car on Friday the wallet was in the car but minus the cash.

They also do a poor job of cleaning the car.

Service is certainly super super shocking. Won't be using them again.
