Theft of IPod

My IPod 16 GB was ****** on Friday 8 April, from my car whilst in the care of APS APS offers a parking service at OR thambo airport. Alfred the owner tells me I am welcome to open a case (which is my right) but that there is nothing they can do. Mariaan - shocking service upon calling to advise of theft. My IPod has over 1000 songs acquired over a 5 year period. It was a birthday gift. The callousness and carelessness has me gobsmacked. Never again will I use this company and also advise you not to.
