Service and integrity that goes above and beyond expectation!

I never write reviews but I always read them to obtain an outside opinion for products or services. However, APS Airport Parking Services deserve a huge pat on the back. I have been using their services for a number of years without incident, my car always returned to me on time and without damage. Unfortunately, on my last trip I forgot to remove my ipod from the interior of the car and it went missing. I was totally at fault for leaving it in the car and was fully aware of the fact that APS "cannot be held responsible for the loss of any valuables". The following day I contacted Alfred, co owner of APS, who was not only apologetic and concerned, but also dissapointed that this could have happened, such is his trust for his security and staff. APS reimbursed me for my loss which is proof enough that this company is willing to go the extra mile. In today's world this is unheard of. I will certainly continue to use their services in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them.
