Refuse to pay for damages while in their care

Delivered my car to APS on 27 Jan......Picked up the car on 28 Jan...noticed that car sound was not working......Contacted APS and they said I must get quote to repair the damage<br> Got a quote for R1500 for new Amplifier,because it was damaged when car was send for Valet...also got a price of R900 to repair Amp......<br> Phonrd Alfred Storey( Director) on 2 Feb.....he rudely told me he is not going to pay anything I must read terms and conditions...
