Good Day, I was not at all impressed with the service I received this weekend. Stood waiting in the cold late last night for 40 minutes for my car - only to be told I was standing 1 door away! No body tried to contact me so if i hadn't phoned your 24hr cell number 3 times who knows when I would have gotten home - I am a woman travelling alone. Not once was I told to stand "in front of Inter Continental" - until I called for the 3rd time demanding my cars delivery? Operator on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. For R320 for a 3 night trip - disgusting!
