Guess Watch ****** out of my car

I used the services of APS on the 23rd of November and dropped my car off with them to have it parked for when I return from Bloemfontein on the 25th of November. I reported to the owner, Buks, that my Guess watch which was a wedding gift to the value of R2500 was ****** out of my car. Buks said that he would look into the matter and phone me back which did not happen. I had to phone on a couple occasions to get feedback on the matter. I phoned again on 29/12/15 and Buks plainly told me that he and APS will not be taking any responsibility for my loss. This after I explained to Buks that when I dropped my car off, I was told by the APS employees that I do not have to remove any valuables from my car.
