Failure to deliver

I called in 2 days before my booking to confirm my vehicle parking, upon my arrival the APS stuff knew nothing about my booking... I then had to waste time standing and waiting for APS to sort me out. Upon my arrival I called the service to return my vehicle and once again I had to wait for almost 30min for my vehicle. This supposed to be a drop and go service, the management of this company has clue of what customer care is all about. I am still waiting for management to return my call on this matter.
