Damaged my car

We fetched our car late at night, but only noticed it the next day that there is damage on on the drivers side. I reported this to the manager and requested that he sends me the CCTV where my car was washed and parked. The owner Alfred Storey, said that their drivers never carry anything when collecting the car, and blatantly accusing me and saying that they never cause any damage. He is now completely ignoring me, and will not forward the CCTV.

I would not recommend them to anyone.

Furthermore, their reviews on Google is false, as good reviews have been written by a number of 'family' members with the same surname - Storey.
