Damaged Car by O.R Tambo Parking Services (APS)

Parked a vehicle on the morning of 16 October 2018 with O R Airport Parking Services T/A APS (Registration number: ***) for 1 day only. Upon collect in the evening, the car windscreen was cracked and the wire cover in the boot ******. The ****s also tampered with my CDs. I contacted their office and I received a lackluster response when I phoned the office and was told to e-mail the office. Still have no response or reply to atleast acknowlegde fault and damage done to the car.
