Car damaged by APS while parked with them at Johannesburg airport

My vehicle was with APS from 25 August 2023 until 10 September 2023. I have used the company many times prior without incident. After collecting my vehicle on Sunday 10 September 2023 at approximately 10:50, I went to the petrol station to fill up, when I noticed the damage to my left rear door - took some photographs that I sent to APS. The surface around the damaged area was rough, almost as if someone tried to scrub away the evidence of damage - i.e. it appeared that whoever damaged the vehicle was aware of it and tried to hide the damage. I sent a photo of the damage via whatsapp and when I called my call was not answered. I then received a whatsapp to lodge a complaint with the images and detailed description to this mail address. It is now 3 emails, a few whatsapp messages, and almost a month later and other than a whatsapp message to inform me that they will advise the manager, I have had not a single response from the company. How disappointing. I will never use them again and will let everyone that I have referred to them in the past know of this incident.
