Airport parking take extra R5 from clients by withholding it in the machines

*****ing R5’s from people who use the parking underneath the hotel at the airport, seems to be a new way of being *******! We paid on Saterday 25 July 2026 at the paying station on the 1st level. We put in cash, and an amount of R15 was left. The machine refused to take R5, and then the security person told us to put in a R20. The machine gave R10 change, nd not the R5 also. He told us the machine does not return R5. Thus, we paid more for the parking as was shown on the machine. My point is that the R5’s are going somewhere! And that is theft. The company, or its workers cn mke. fortune per day, month and year by withholding R5 change form each of their clients. I need an explanation, and my money back. If the machine does not return R5, I should be at least send to an ofiice to get my chnage!
