Shocking Herotel Airband

This must surely be one of the worst suppliers of internet WiFi. For the life of me, I don't know why I pay. Am I the only one complaining, if so, please sort me out then. And if opposition reads this, please contact. Sadly we're rural and no fibre out in the Albert Falls Amble area. Tonight my speed is 0.2 Mbps.... LoL, atleast with all the outages lately I get an sms. The problem is attended to, meaning a Technician will go and fix it the next day. Shocking Customer service. Airband before joining Herotel a lot better. Obviously got bigger with more customers, but couldn't care a rats behind about certain paying customers...
