Herotel Airband now uses Upstream Provider as excuse

This is a laughable, new excuse to share " The Upstream Provider has an outage in your area, they have been notified" Sms from Herotel to me, whom I pay every month. Now here is the thing - Give me their contact details so I can * verify if it's true OR * join them direct and cut you lot out that is now the middle man ... Ridiculous
