Herotel Airband is below average, Poor Response to Downtime

Herotel Airband cannot be proud of their recent service to loyal customers like myself. So, wifi goes down on a Sunday midday. 9 hrs later notified by sms, "we are aware and working on the problem" It is fixed today at midday. And down again now, this time the sms notification is quick. Why I still stay with this Lot is my own fault... Only good thing is, I am not bound by a long contract, Can give a month's notice and move. I miss the old Airband, since Herotel took over, repairs are left for the next day... Poor , very Poor...
