From good to average

I have been a customer for almost 2 years. Initially they had great service however it has changed.

Now you can expect frequent periods with no internet connectivity or speed so slow that you can barely open a whatsapp message, not to mention even trying to open a webpage -that could easily take 5 min. This happens despite perfect weather conditions.

Not sure what has changed.
