Airband Connect proactive in a PPH. Well Done

Airband Connect, Thank and Well done for doing proactive work on a PPH. Their friendly and efficient Tech Nigel Jones arrived this morning to adjust our outside antenna,aerial or pick up, what ever correct term is used in the WiFi world. Very impressed, I didn't call or complain. Told I'll be onto a new tower and wifi will be more consistent.
