No one should use Air Tanzania... its a ****!

I have had the worst experience with Air Tanzania. First they cancelled my flight and no one notified me! They claimed to have called and not gotten through and sent mails I did not receive. I only found out because I called them to modify my booking. I then requested a refund on the 5th of December. They have been "processing" this refund until now which is the 8th of January over a month later. I just want my money back and I recommend that NO ONE ever uses Air Tanzania!!!
