Air Tanzania customer service is appalling
If I could give a 0 rating, I would. On my flight from Dar es Salaam to Johannesburg, a used vomit bag from the previous flight was not cleaned and came into contact with my husband and myself, nevermind the smell from the vomit that was also between the window and wall panel that had not been cleaned. I was too disgusted in the moment to even document it; my priority was moving seats. But I did complain to the attendant and changed seats. I followed up with a formal complaint through their website complaint form (it doesn't work and the complaint would not go through) and after a MONTH of fighting to get my complaint responded to via their email contact addresses, I finally got a response that the air attendant claims that there were only water droplets on the seat. I would have moved on with life if they could admit the fault and just apologize, but to blatantly lie and reduce something as disgusting as what I experienced to "water droplets", after weeks of completely disregarding and not responding to me, is unforgivable. Don't use this airline; customer service is APPALLING.

Bad service
I have been stranded there dew to the elections going on they managed to get us a flight back but when we got back to JHB our bags weren't here service at the airport where bad and when you call the call center number while you explain your story the place you on hold and nobody answers again
