REFUND PLEASE

Air Mauritius has been promising us a refund for our cancelled flights since 2020. They refunded friends of ours IN FULL who were on the exact same flight. I would love to know what their selection process was for who the refunded and why we have still not been refunded even after countless emails and promises of refunds
