Poor Service

Called a day before my flight to request an upgrade, told to be at check-in to pay the difference & upgrade was promised. checked in ( 3 1/2 hours early) was told business class was already full. This is ridiculous! Don’t offer a service unless it’s 100% guaranteed ! !
