No customer service from refunds team.

We had to cancel our trip due to COVID and pregnancy complications. I have been waiting for a refund from Air Mauritius for 16 months. The air Mauritius refunds team finally responded after 13 months. But no further communication since the initial contact. I am desperate for assistance. There has been No customer service from the refund team. The call centre has been trying to help but nothing has been done.
