Flight cancelled - 6 Weeks later and no refund

I requested a cancellation of a flight well within the time limits.<br> I was told by Aletha van der Westhuizen that the refund would take about a week.<br> We have been following up regularly, and keep getting told that its almost done.<br> It's been 6 weeks now. Today the agent said there is nothing she can do, and didn't seem interest in helping.<br> We promised that proof of payment would be sent. Still waiting for proof of payment.<br> Very disappointed in this poor service from Air Mauritius, and still waiting for the refund.<br>
